Earn Eligible Compensation

Affiliate Marketing and Logo Use
Affiliates may use KeyPoint Learning logos only for the purpose of promoting KeyPoint Learning within the Affiliate Program. This permission is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and ends when affiliate participation ends.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for their own marketing activity. Any promotion of KeyPoint Learning must be professional, lawful, and aligned with the Affiliate Agreement.
Affiliate Conduct Guidelines
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and government requirements.
- Affiliates are independent contractors and may not act on behalf of KeyPoint Learning.
- The Affiliate Agreement does not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency, or joint venture.
- Affiliates must not modify referral links or cookies.
Termination & Agreement Terms
- KeyPoint Learning may terminate an affiliate account with or without notice.
- Upon termination, permissions granted under the Affiliate Agreement end.
- Outstanding payments are paid within 10 days of the termination date, net of any balance owed.
- KeyPoint Learning may change or modify the Affiliate Agreement at any time, with or without notice.
- Continued participation after changes are posted means the affiliate accepts the updated terms.
Termination and Program Changes
Affiliates may request to end their participation in the Affiliate Program. KeyPoint Learning may also terminate affiliate participation for conduct that breaches the Affiliate Agreement, harms KeyPoint Learning, or may be deemed harmful.

Affiliates may promote KeyPoint Learning services using the referral links and marketing content provided by KeyPoint Learning.
