PassGuard gives eligible KeyPoint Learning candidates continued access to their same CFA study package if they complete the required study milestones and do not pass their exam.
It is not a pass guarantee. It is not a refund policy. It is our way of helping committed candidates keep preparing for their next eligible exam window without starting from zero.
What PassGuard Gives You
If your PassGuard request is approved, you receive continued access to your eligible KeyPoint Learning CFA study package for your next eligible exam window.
This includes access to:
- Video lessons
- Study materials
- Practice quizzes
- Progress tracking
- Mock exams
- Review tools included in your original eligible package
Your access applies to the same CFA level and package you originally purchased. For example, if you purchased an eligible CFA Level I package, PassGuard applies to CFA Level I retake preparation.
PassGuard does not move you to a different CFA level or upgrade your package unless KeyPoint confirms otherwise in writing.
What PassGuard Does Not Cover
PassGuard gives eligible candidates continued access to their KeyPoint Learning study package. It does not cover every cost connected to the CFA exam.
PassGuard does not cover:
- CFA Institute exam registration fees
- CFA exam rescheduling fees
- CFA deferral fees
- Refunds for your KeyPoint Learning purchase
- Package upgrades
- Access to a different CFA level
- Access for candidates who did not sit the exam
- Requests from candidates who did not complete the required milestones
- Requests submitted outside the approved request period
PassGuard is not a money-back guarantee. It is continued study access for eligible candidates preparing for another attempt.
