Preparing for the CFA® exam takes time, structure, and steady practice. But even serious candidates do not always get the result they want on exam day.
PassGuard gives eligible KeyPoint Learning candidates continued access to their same CFA study package if they complete the required study milestones and do not pass their exam.
It is not a pass guarantee. It is not a refund policy. It is our way of helping committed candidates keep preparing for their next eligible exam window without starting from zero.
If your PassGuard request is approved, you receive continued access to your eligible KeyPoint Learning CFA study package for your next eligible exam window.
This includes access to:
Your access applies to the same CFA level and package you originally purchased. For example, if you purchased an eligible CFA Level I package, PassGuard applies to CFA Level I retake preparation.
PassGuard does not move you to a different CFA level or upgrade your package unless KeyPoint confirms otherwise in writing.
PassGuard gives eligible candidates continued access to their KeyPoint Learning study package. It does not cover every cost connected to the CFA exam.
PassGuard does not cover:
PassGuard is not a money-back guarantee. It is continued study access for eligible candidates preparing for another attempt.
The CFA exam is a serious commitment, especially if you are studying around work, university, or other responsibilities.
If your exam does not go your way, it can be hard to rebuild momentum. You have already spent months learning the material, using the platform, and finding the areas that need more work.
PassGuard helps eligible candidates continue from that point instead of starting again from scratch. It gives you a structured way to keep preparing for your next eligible exam window.
KeyPoint Learning cannot promise your exam result. What we can do is support committed candidates who have used the program seriously and need another attempt.
